Flock Cameras are appearing everywhere

ROMAN SHEPHERD: Good evening. Communities across the country are reporting the appearance of new Flock Cameras, and some residents say they have questions about what exactly is being monitored.
NICO REED: Roman, neighbors here say this camera appeared several days ago. And while officials have offered very little information, concern is clearly growing.
NEIGHBOR: You just don’t know what they’re watching. Or how long they keep it.
NICO REED: Those concerns intensified this afternoon.
[CUT TO FLOCK CAM 12]
Two subjects are standing in a field. One is eating grass. A third enters the frame.
NICO REED: …Whoa.
[Pause.]
NICO REED: Roman, things are developing very quickly here.
ROMAN SHEPHERD: Understood. Do we know whether the third individual is associated with the other two?
NICO REED: We’re working to confirm that.
